RoleLogic offers premium plans for servers that need more than the free plan's capacity. This page explains what premium includes, how to upgrade, and how to manage your subscription.

The free plan is fully functional for basic automation:

Premium Tiers
RoleLogic offers 5 premium tiers through Patreon. Choose the tier that fits your needs:

Tip: Start with a lower tier and upgrade later if needed. Downgrading is also possible.
How to Upgrade
Step 1: Open the Upgrade Page
- Log in to the RoleLogic dashboard
- Click "Upgrade" in the navigation
- Review available tiers and pricing
Step 2: Subscribe on Patreon
- Click the tier you want
- You'll be redirected to Patreon
- Complete your subscription on Patreon
- Return to the dashboard
Step 3: Sync Your Subscription
Your premium status syncs automatically within 5 minutes. If it doesn't:
- Click "Sync" on the Upgrade page
- Wait a moment for the sync to complete
- Refresh the page
Step 4: Assign Quota to Servers
Premium quota must be assigned to specific servers:
- Go to the Upgrade page
- Find "Available Quota"
- Click to assign quota to a server
- The server immediately gets expanded rules
Managing Your Subscription
Changing Tiers
You can upgrade or downgrade your tier anytime:
- Go to your Patreon subscriptions
- Change to a different tier
- Wait for sync (up to 5 minutes)
Upgrading: Immediate access to more rules Downgrading: Existing rules continue working, but you can't add new ones above the new limit
Cancelling
Cancel anytime through Patreon:
- Go to your Patreon account
- Manage your RoleLogic pledge
- Cancel the subscription
Your premium features remain active until the end of the billing period, then revert to the free plan.
Refunds
Refunds are handled through Patreon:
- Available within 7 days per Patreon's terms
- Contact Patreon support for refund requests
- Not processed through RoleLogic directly
Quota System
How Quota Works
Premium quota is allocated per-server:
- Each server has its own rule limit
- You assign your quota to specific servers
- Multiple servers can share your total quota
Example: With Tier 2 (28 total rules), you could:
- Give one server 28 rules, OR
- Give two servers 14 rules each, OR
- Split among multiple servers however you like
Quota Cooldown
After assigning quota to a server, there's a 7-day cooldown before you can reassign it.
Why the cooldown?
- Prevents abuse
- Ensures service stability
- Encourages thoughtful planning
Plan ahead: Decide which servers need premium before assigning quota.
Checking Your Quota
On the Upgrade page, you'll see:
- Total quota: Your tier's rule allocation
- Used quota: How much is assigned
- Available quota: How much can be assigned
- Per-server breakdown: Which servers have what
What Happens If You Downgrade?
Rules Continue Working
Existing rules don't stop working when you downgrade. They continue running normally.
Can't Add New Rules
If your current rules exceed the new limit, you can't add new rules until you're under the limit.
Example:
- You have 25 rules on Tier 2
- You downgrade to Tier 1 (12 rules max)
- Your 25 rules keep working
- You can't add rule #26 until you delete rules down to 11
Quota Returns to Pool
If you cancel, quota assigned to servers returns to the "unassigned" pool (then disappears when subscription ends).
Watermark Removal
Free Plan Watermark
Free plan webhook messages include a small watermark:

This appears at the bottom of notification messages.
Premium: Clean Notifications
With any premium tier, the watermark is removed. Your webhook messages display without RoleLogic branding.
Priority Support
Premium members receive faster support:
- Prioritized responses in the support server
- Faster resolution for complex issues
- Direct access to experienced team members
Note: Priority support doesn't guarantee instant responses, but premium tickets are addressed before free tier requests when possible.

What payment methods are accepted?
Payments are processed through Patreon, which accepts:
- Credit/debit cards
- PayPal
- Other Patreon-supported methods
Is there a free trial?
The free plan serves as the trial. Use it to test RoleLogic before committing to premium.
Can I switch tiers mid-billing cycle?
Yes. Patreon prorates the difference. Contact Patreon support if you have billing questions.
What if my server needs more than 80 rules?
For enterprise needs beyond Tier 5, contact us through the support server for custom plans.
Do I lose my rules if I cancel?
Rules remain configured but won't create new ones if over limit. If you later re-subscribe, everything picks up where you left off.
Can I share premium with multiple servers?
Yes! Assign your quota across multiple servers. The total rules across all servers can't exceed your tier limit.
How long until premium activates?
Usually within 5 minutes after completing your Patreon subscription. Use the "Sync" button if it takes longer.
